COURSE DESCRIPTION
With the rising development of artificial intelligence (AI), more and more industries and businesses are using innovative technologies for their digital transformation. The research program is designed to equip students to confidently help conceive, lead, and execute digital innovation initiatives and develop new business models for existing and insurgent organizations. The basic premise of the research program is that the digital revolution is rapidly transforming the fundamental nature of many companies in a wide range of industries, and executives, entrepreneurs, and general managers need to understand the economics, technology paradigms, and management practices of innovating in digital-centric businesses to ensure corporate and personal success.
PROFESSOR BACKGROUND
Professor in the Organization Theory & Information Systems subject group at Cambridge Judge Business School. Prof. graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received MBA from Yale University. And completed Ph.D. at McGill University. Prior to her academic career, Prof. spent over 12 years in strategy consulting, the real estate private equity, venture funding, and executive university administration.
