Overview
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Leadership and decision-making skills are critical components of organizational success. However, traditional economic models have often neglected the role of human behavior and psychology in shaping effective leadership and decision-making. In recent years, the emerging field of behavioral economics and decision science has shed new light on how leaders can make better decisions and motivate and influence others. This research program seeks to investigate the intersection of psychology, economics, and decision science in the study of effective leadership and decision-making, drawing on insights from behavioral economics and decision science to develop a more nuanced understanding of what makes a leader successful.
